Biography

While her stunning looks and aristocratic background gave Exella an astounding headstart, her true strengths lay in her keen intellect and astounding business acumen. Already enrolled in University at the young age of 14, she completed a doctorate in Genetic Engineering which she used to study further into bioweapon and biomedical applications. Despite her familial connections, her rise to power through TRICELL's ranks was through skill and shrewd business decisons eventually landing herself as Regional Direction of the African Division and the coveted position of Global Pharmaceutical Consortium Officer.

Carefully laying a plan to get rid of Albert Wesker as part of TRICELL after finding herself disagreeing with several of his methods, Excella, though genuinely attracted, feigned irrevocable dedication and affection for the man, being trusted enough to have the responsibility of keeping him alive with the PG67A/W vaccine that kept his viral mutation in check. In fact, once the disagreements arose, she spent her time steadily increasing his dosage, contaminated a little with a unique genetic poison she herself created. In her plan, it would cause minor instabilities in his physical state, eventually leading to his death via his own mutation. By that time she would have been able to present her case for his elimination from the company to the TRICELL Board of Directors and have herself promoted to CEO to eradicate his plan for 'a world reborn'. Her plan, however, needed to be modified slightly with the arrival of the B.S.A.A. Agents Sheva Alomar and Chris Redfield. Spending her time playing both sides against one another, when she was 'betrayed' and left behind on the ship to be placed under arrest by the B.S.A.A., Excella turned herself over into their custody just as Wesker was finally exterminated once and for all.

Using her position, power, money, and proof that she had been working against Wesker, Excella was eventually cleared of all charges. With this new lease of life and newer still position as TRICELL's CEO, Dr. Gionne has her sights set on being the Queen of a new world, but nothing quite so gauche as taking it over. The real power is in making everyone on Earth rely on you in some form. She will monopolise the market in the most seemingly compassionate of ways, and plans for consolidating TRICELL with various world Governments by insinuating themselves into the position to take up Defensive and BioMedical contracts with them all.

Keep In Mind

Excella is a stellar manipulator and actress. Aside from astounding business sense, she's people-savvy and even manages her own PR. Since Wesker’s ‘death’ she has and shall continue to paint herself as a silent hero. She’s already used her money, power, and influence to garner public support for her company after she was cleared of all charges. As the CEO of a global company that deals in Shipping, Natural Resources, and Pharmaceuticals, her secret plans to both monopolise the market under the guise of kindesses and integrate TRICELL into Global Governmental policies and regimes are a constant endgame goal for her.

She will lie to your character, gloss over truths, and bend her backstory to her whims to make herself sound more favourable.

She will manipulate your character’s perception of her as best she can.

She will paint herself as the beleaguered, regretful, silent hero if questioned about the events of Resident Evil 5.

She will act cheery, delighted, charmed, kind, and lovingly compassionate toward people. This is just that, an act. Though if an alliance or business deal is forged, she may actually show real emotions every now and then.

She will turn on the charm/seduction if she feels a situation is veering away from her control, but only as a last resort if other forms of subtle manipulation fail her.

She will try to gain allies in other villain characters, she does however have certain lines.

In the presence of a Superpowered/Meta/Mutant character, she will talk, manipulate, and try any means of getting blood, tissue, and hair samples.

In the presence of someone with astounding technology, she will try to get her hands on it through talking, manipulating, and any other means she can think of.

She will stop before violence or threat to her carefully constructed guise, this doesn’t mean she will have forgotten about her goal, but she’s used to having to postpone until the climate is better.

This isn't to say she's infallible, it's fine to be mistrustful of her and I'm by no means saying she'll succeed in all her endeavors, I'm just warning that Excella Gionne is very much a Villain Character.
